# Administration

Let's start with the first, somewhat inconspicuous section:

By default, the theme can be assigned to any number of “Storefront” [sales channels](https://docs.shopware.com/en/shopware-6-en/settings/saleschannel). Conversely, this means that you can operate multiple shops with just one theme license! For example, you can duplicate and rename the theme using the attached context menu so that you can customize it for your other sales channels.

Please note, however, that every duplicate theme, also known as a “child theme,” will automatically inherit the settings from this theme. The original theme is therefore referred to as the “parent theme.” In the duplicate itself, which you can then view under “Content > Themes,” you can remove and customize the inherited settings.

{% hint style="warning" %}
You can also reset the theme to its default values. Please note, however, that you will need to save the theme again afterwards for the default values to take effect.
{% endhint %}

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.atloss.de/en/theme-configuration/general/administration.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
